So, Valen is an absolutel DOLL!!!!! He got me a brand new HP 17" ONE HELL OF A LAPTOP from Best Buy!
However, it was the floor model, it had only been on the floor for two days and Best Buy's Geek Squad has been working on this since yesterday at like 7:30PM they promised me the laptop by this morning and they are blaming their software program that they put on the floor models for why I do not have it. See, they put this software (called "archie") on the floor models and it does not allow for anything to be removed from the computer, and since mine was a floor model they have to remove this software, well whoever installed the software there fucked up the install and now they cannot get "archie" uninstalled as it is embedded in my new computer. They have run diagnostics on it and the hardrive is just fine, they have had 12 hours to remove the software and still cannot do it. Anyway, I just want this new laptop because it is beautiful and it is a PC and not a Mac and I can play my games on it.

Other than that things are going fine. Classes start next week and I have enrolled in an English class on Shakespeare and one on "The Novel." I am also taking Intro to Women's Studies and US Politics. I cannot wait for the semester to begin!
