We got moved into our new apartment a week and a half ago. I am so excited! We have an apartment that is more than twice the size of the house we were living in before and we have ended up saving 35 dollars a month when all is said and done. We were paying trash and water as well as 565.00 a month there and we are paying 600.00 a month rent and utilities, phone, cable, but no trash and water. This place is just nice and big and looks alot better on the inside than it does on the outside. Granted it is a bit ont he wrong'ish side of town but still it's not bad. We are right next door to the senior center and across the alley from our parking in the back is a local city housing unit and one of our very, very good friends will be living across the street about 5 houses away possibly moving in as soon as next week as opposed to the August 1 lease she signed.
