i went to east stroudsburg university for exercise physiology. and i have a couple certifications too, but those are simple. scary how trainers can be trainers and really have no knowlege of medical issues, kinesiology, and nutrition.

and its constant updating on your own. new news all the time. i like it, but i dislike when i have too many clients in a day and my workouts could suffer. i dont allow that anymore, haha

Had my first interview this morning since being made redundent and i got it yay 13,000 a yeaf also clothing allowence and if we hit targets extra 300 a month not too bad yay!!! not too depressed any more
