The HomeWork of The week is about sport and favorite athlete . It' s a bad period for me , I'm very busy and tired, I'm often sick and I have "put aside" sport.

But now I'm very motivated and I would Like to restart my big passion : Pole Dance

I love dance and this sport combines dance with gym. It's great for body and selfconfidence. I'll restart very soon . ❤️❤️

The best pole dancer for me is Pink Puma. She's so elegant and she is a great artist

In this period I try some challanges and HomeWorkOut. I love legs, butt and abs ' works . I found shredz and I follow Its programs .

And now I'm going out with my dogs. Walk is another way to burn calories 💪🏻💪🏻
