I'm use to getting looks sometimes from how I dress or do my hair. But ever since I got a hawk, I get a shit tone of stares That's the south for you I suppose. It is funny though, most of them are little kids who cannot help but just gawk and wonder what the hell is up with my head. Very cute to see their little bug eyes.

Muscles are still sore. I really need a massage. Might take a nap for a small bit and then work on my painting.

I definitely agree with you about the weather. It's awfully damn hot down here, especially getting back from visiting family in the midwest.
And yea, the kids are great, but the older people can be total buttholes.

Years and years ago my sister would come back home to visit after moving to the big city and local yokels would stare at her punked out hair and duds. Buncha morons. This was back in the 80's, though, I thought things had changed a bit.
