The Night Before Christmas (well sort of)...
Hmm... I haven't posted in nearly a month. The Holidays are crazy! I bought my last gift at 10 p.m. last night. Always down to the wire. I was wondering what the true meaning of Christmas means to anyone out there? Other than the birth of christ, I'm not entirely sure what it means to me anymore (besides hyper-consumerism). It's definetly a Holiday geared more toward children than anyone else.
I guess it means time spent with family and friends and enjoying there company. Now that i'm older I value that more than the gift getting/giving. I'm trying to be more of a minimalist when it comes to buying/receiving things (which hasn't worked well so far). Just wondering everyone elses thoughts might be. Anyway... Merry Christmas people!
