So this is my job. We wire in some cell phone tech on the ground. We run cables from there to the antennas. And we install more tech on the tower and then the antennas. Tower dogs they call us. Apparently. I have spent most of this week 125ft in the air. Next week I climb a baby one in Seattle, only about 60ft.
So yeah. I get paid to climb and see the best views of various towns. It is about time for me to actually love what I do. After nine an half years in the Navy feeling my soul get sucked away it is a good change of pace.
I am going to have an IPA now and toast to the wonders of RF.
