No, during the winter we do not get international visitors, but during the summer months we are the gate way to Antarctica. We see the Russians, Italians, and a few other groups that will come through. I tossed a Russian out of a bar last year. I saw Fahrenhite 9/11 yesterday and cried thru most of it. 
It's really a good movie tho. I've had enough of war after seeing all that...
