I just got a listen of Velvet Revolver's new Cd. I must say..impressive. I never thought that Scott Wieland and Slash would get along.
Geez...I remember when I wrote a review on the first STP album for the newspaper..that was AGES ago.
Shit..I never thought that Wieland would clean up..with all the drug problems that he was rumored to have. But then again..if you want to make good music- its almost standard that you be addicted to *SOME* type of drug.
Dave Gahan's music will never be the same since he cleaned up...DM is definately not the same since it. Their music has gotten softer and doesn't have that 'edge' anymore. I don't even WANT to talk about their solo efforts (can we say..SUCK?)
