Hey, there's a drug called antabuse which basically makes you really really sick if you drink while you're on it. I don't know if you've got this in the US, but it's worth trying if you do. It kind of gives that added layer of incentive to resist drinking when you've got cravings.

It worked really well for my exgirlfriend, but she tended to drink to oblivion when she was manic rather than as a daily thing, so I don't know if it'd work for you.
