Hey any and everyone
The last couple of days have been as random as they have been fun.
Last night I went and hung out with my buddy and got to play with my god-daughter Aryanah
she looks as adorable as ever, check her out....

anyway, so i've been killing myself with the cardio and stuff lately
this is really odd, check it out
last week i weighed in the clinic at work, on medical scales.... i weighed 318 (yeah im a big boy lol)
then i weighed again today, at the clinic at work, on medical scales.... i weighed 309....
hell yeah right, lost 9 lbs
then i went and weighed on another set of scales, in the same clinic, still medical scales....338?
how the hell does that make sense, so i have no clue how much i weigh, or which ones were right, or how well im doing or anything lol
so im going to buy my own scales this week, and they will be the only ones i weigh on, and i'll be the only person i allow to use them no matter what lol
random huh

other than work and working out, time with Aryanah and watching a random movie or two i have done absolutely nothing lol
