Whats going on with everyone?
Sorry I haven't been my normal self as of late
Its been a long few weeks

I've shot my diet to hell the last few days
I haven't been working out either
I guess there will always be next week

Went to a retirement dinner for one of the officers who mentored me when i first started
It bumbs me out bigtime to see him go, but he's really enjoying it, and he earned it so its all good

My buddy Dodd is going to be returning from training before he goes back to Iraq
So next week we will probably be doing some random partying
So expect pics

other than that little outside of work is going on
im being investigated currently lol, but im not stressing it
