To be truly honest, I have only been happy for the first time in my adult life since September. Even then its been a bit rocky but I'm getting there. I know things can be really shitty and sometimes ther isn't a way to make it better you just gotta ride it out. But try and look for the little thins that make you smile. *hugs*
