I read an article about a website where you can request any thing you d like someone to invent..dont remember the website though so kinda useless for your breath-a-lizer needs.
Plan B is to find the childlock thing on your computer and hope that you get drunk enough to not remember you locked the computer yourself.
But sometimes in those moments of altered mind, you understands some things that you wouldnt normally and therefore, your drunk entries have a reason of either being or futur utility.
