Yeah, I think it as a large part craving for dough that prompted it as well. I had to go to the 7-11 to get chips, tho I had everything else. We got the chips and a couple other impule buys, and went to the register. The chips wouldn't scan. The guy looked a little helpless, and tried to type it in. I joked, "I don't care if you don't charge me, but that is what I came for." He passed them off to the other guy who tried to get them to come up. No luck, so they put them aside and shrugged, looking helpless, and indicating they couldn't sell them to me. WTF!?!?!? I looked at them like they were crazy, and told them in no uncertain terms, that I wanted those f'n chips! So they named a price, probably more then they should have been, and I said fine. Not a good way to de-stress!

It is a load off, though it will not be enough, really, to pay his bills, say nothing about catch up. but it is better to have something. It is a decent beginning pay, for what it is, but nowhere near what he used to command as the IT guru he is. But he is going to keep looking and get something better, while supplementing with a little bouncer (no pun intended )work and some restuarant deconstruction. It is a finger in the dyke of debt. I think I like that way that sounds. *hee hee*
