So it looks like tomorrow will be the massive move/clean-up. The landlady is being doushe and made a comment to one of the first floor tenants about being done in half an hour. RIGHT!!! SO in the interest of being speedy and efficient, and the fact she only wants us on one floor at a time, we are doing to whole house collectively.

I am looking for volunteers to help us. You do not have to do the whole house, and you do not have to be there a long time, but we do need people to commit to getting dirty. I mean FILTHY!!! I need people who can handle fragile things and whipe them down as they are getting boxed for storage. I need people with strong backs who can carry furniture down 3 flights of narrow stairs. We are going to have masks and gloves and water galore.

We need everyone who can show up to be wearing sturdy, closed toe shoes and pants might be a good idea. Keep in mind this is a dangerous disaster area. The landlady doesn't want too many people either (Look lady, you get it quick=lots o' people, or slow = few people)

Another problem is they are boarding up the place today. It is going to be dark and stuffy, especially if it is hot tomorrow. I am just trying to be truthful so you all know what you are getting into. We are only going to be able to offer our undying thanx, for now, but we will try to think of something to thank you all with later.
