I discovered the SuicideGirls site in 2017, and I had no idea how it worked, I just felt like I belonged of this universe and I needed to be a part of it.
I contacted SG's website in Brazil, and then @jacqueline gave me the information I needed, and my contact to the photographers.
At that moment, @msilveira came into my life. We exchanged the first messages, and in a matter of days we were meeting to take pictures. On the day of the photoshoot I was extremely nervous, and the way how Maicon was professional and careful about everything made me believe in me, and believe in his work.
I loved the set, and it was Maicon who told me that I had become a SuicideGirl.
After that, I worked with him in his photography workshop. And since then we've had a mutual friend, Munique.
Maicon and I have never been close friends until three months ago. At that point, we all know, I had walked away from SG.
I went out with a group of friends at a local bar, invited by Munique. He was the last to come, and I was sure, the moment I saw him that night, that I wanted to be with him. We kissed and stayed together that night, and it all happened so naturally, so right, as if destined to be. In the following months Maicon convinced me to return to SG and made me believe in myself again.
With each passing week, we saw each other more often, and the more we hang out, the more we wanted to be together. I was in love, and so was he.
On March 2 we celebrated the carnival together, the party was great, and we were so happy, that it was impossible not to notice. At one point in the night, Maicon grabbed my face with both hands and asked me to be his girlfriend, as he told me later, he did not want to waste any more time. From that moment, we became a couple.
