Look... here is what I have learned about stress... It can kill you faster than any bad habit, it is worse than smoking, doing drugs and getting less than 3 hours of sleep... It makes you ugly, alters your spirit and stops you from being productive.... The good news is that you are in total control of it... Stress is an internal thing you do it to yourself... So, my brother in this day when you celeabrate your birth, relax, take it easy and know that soon you will be tell us how you solved your problems, issues and concerns...
