I have some other ideas though.
I think I will take this vacancy time to add two more bedrooms a laundyroom and half bath in the basement. I was planning to do this in the future but if I'm taking a loss anyway? i don't know, I have to weigh the cost with potential increased rental value.
My new roomate on the homefront is a dream come true!
She is an adult who has her own life and takes care of herself. As independant as a cat. Very different then the lost puppies I usually take in.
