Cleaning the house today and picking up the keys to my new house. It's official! I am now a landlord and house collecter. My new house is a duplex that was built in 1909. Its really beautiful on the inside. So many little details that new houses don't have anymore.
Are any of you homeowners? Or better yet do any of you have any investment property? Any advice?
