hmm...
Apparently I have been working too hard. My boss asked me today if I was ok, because I'd been so quiet this week. I've been BUSY this week, but doing good.
She really surprised me...she asked me if I got Grace Sunday, and gave me this article she'd cut ut of the paper about being a great father...because she saw it and thought of me.
Fuck, that was sorta touching. This from the lady who threatened to fire me because she thought I was trying to usurp her and take her job.
Consequently, I'm liking going to work a lot more now that I'm not constantly scared of her and scared of screwing up. Why do my female bosses turn into nurturing, mothering types? Am I just pathetically cute and hopeless?

I DO miss my old coworkers tho. Just another closed chapter of my life, eh?

Hit a speedbump today, lost my grip on the wheel for a second or two. Back on the road again.

I just finished reading Dean Koontz's "The Mask" IT had an interesting story, liked the plot and everything..but it just sorta..stopped. Like, he got tired of it or ran out of ideas and wrapped everrything up in one lame chapter.
Boo Dean Koontz, boo!
