It's Christmas in May!
I splurged, spent a little on myself, and the goodies have started coming in.

Like one of my exes used to say..."simple minds, simple pleasures". It don't take much to make me happy. New shoes, new shirt, new stuff to laugh at!
I had a good day at work today too. I started a new job couple months back - my first foray into middle management. It's been a LOT of learning, a LOT of things to pick up on the fly. This week I've really started "getting it" - making fewer mistakes, actually doing what they pay me those big bucks to do.

I was really married about 2 years ago. To the wrong wrong wrong wrong (did I say wrong) person. Im positive this time around will be better.
