Ok.... So I have the software to shrink my photos, I just have to load it on & figure out how to use it!!! Yay... complicated technical stuff..... and i'm naturally blonde although I disguise it well.

I hope you're not in too much of a hurry to get your passport! Hanging round the passport offices for a few hours is one of the most soulsucking experiences I've ever had!
