that's the not the spirit that hallmark intended for us to have. you're supposed to go out and spend your hard earned cash
on flowers, candy and greeting cards. if everyone had that sort of attitude there would be no quasi imitation of a holiday that valentines is. plus greeting card sales would probably drop 20% annually. think of all the underemployed greeting card sloganeers explaining to their kids why christmas sucked so much this year. so i suggest you reexamine your ideas about this remarkable day and go and buy me some chocolate. nuts no chews.
