Oh, just a note about the format; you need to abbreviate as much as possible so as not to expend even one iota of energy more than necessary. And, you should always use capital letters for emphasis. Hence it should read (as it currently does in my journal for today):

JUST GOT LAID IN MPLS WOOHOO

Don't forget the woohoo-- very critical. The woohoo may be the most important part.
