back from the north
my trip was great
now i have to get ready
to go on a date
pictures in folder
of said wonderful time
everyone please forgive me
for this god awful rhyme
i was given a gift
of an acre of land
by these wonderful people
who i call my close friends
now i have mine own special
northern retreat
if you'd like you may come
sun snow rain or sleet

so my lifelong desire
of buillding a home
may actually require
this girly to roam
but i wouldn't be far
just up north
thataway
but we'll see where it takes me
tomorrow
is a brand new day
