!!! I'M ON TOUR !!!
Amazing first day of tour last night in Marquette, MI. After driving all day, playing DS, and drinking, we ended up in this College town and decided to hit the bars. Had an amazing shot called a "crack pipe". It was comprised of Jager, Sour Puss, and some other booze I can't recall...definitely got the party started. We ended up meeting some people out and before we knew it, we were partying at some dude's igloo. That's right, IGLOO. This guy had somehow constructed an Igloo bar off the side of his house, complete with a bar and seating entirely made of snow and ice! Hilarious that I had to go to America to actually see an igloo, haha! Hit another house party after, scored some weed (thank god!), then me and most of the dudes headed back to the hotel...wink wink.
After waking up completely hammered still, we wigged out a little waiting for the dudes to get back to the room. All our phones are off to avoid roaming charges and the like. Hit the road for another 10 hours or so (I slept the whole way), passed through Fargo (cool), and ended up in Valley City at the Wagon Wheel Inn, where we continue to drink extremely cheap beer and smoke extremely bad weed, haha!
And that's the story up to this point, really enjoying the cheap booze and smokes, really looking forward to our first show, and meeting Shadows Fall, but that's still a few days away. Dearly missing my love Archie, and can't wait to see her again at our London show!
