For me, being inside my head and running over things gets caught in loops. Recently sharing the concerns with a few folks that I know will listen and give me a very different perspective has helped. Even if at first I wasn't able to mesh with what they said, or got angry in feeling that they had no idea what I was going through. I trusted they had listened, and that helped me to turn a corner on things, helped me to get back on track. Not an end-all, but a different light for different shadows.
