:::Sunday::::

So it's official, I'm moving back to Seattle! So stoked! However, it only is adding to my current state of "having-a-ton-of-shit-to-do" and it doesn't show any sign of letting up . Adding to my 50 hour work weeks, is the fact that I am still finishing school (including the biggest project of my academic career due this summer) and now this move. Sometimes I wonder how I am able to get anything done at all. I suppose this is what life is all about. Getting things done. Now that I think about it, it would seem that most successful people are able to "get it done" and accomplish what they need to.

It's funny when I think about success, I use to only associate success with money or fame. I've realized that nothing could be farther from the truth. Success is going to be different for everyone. Maybe for the son of a wealthy man, success is defined by the amount of money you make, or, the daughter of a model is gauged on how famous she is. But that isn't what defines me now, or will I ever want it to.

People are so unique, that it doesn't make sense to focus on something like money. In all honest money wasn't always around. Humans use to live off the land and take only what they need. Man would hunt for his food, build his own house, and provide for himself and his family. Now, people rely on business and corporations to provide food, water, and other essential needs. This is why when you have disasters there is such a horrible backlash. You see the true side of the people living in the area and in this world.

Let me put this in perspective:

Let's say that due we lose power, for the next 2 years. What would you do? Probably leave; maybe to where there is power? What if the entire country lost power? How would you eat? Normally you just go to the store, but if there is no power, how will they do business? If water stops running?

These are very real possibilities and for most people the ultimate outcome will be death. Some people are able to hunt and fish for their families, but a majority of the people wouldn't know what to do.

I've completely forgotten what my point was. Damn!

I need to quit smoking weed before I get on and start writing.

ARRR!!!ARRR!!!ARRR!!!ARRR!!!ARRR!!!ARRR!!!ARRR!!!
