I've learned that the new guy at the shop is making $4/hr more than me. I hate my boss. He brings on a guy with no licence (so he can't drive the company truck), no mechanical inclination and who doesn't know how to build the tools, and pays him more than somebody who's been there 2 years, can build the tools, can do machining and is the only person who has ever worked on the prototype tool that our company is relying on for the future. Fucker better give me my damn raise! I don't care if I'm still making less than the new guy, but I figure I at least deserve something. After 2 years, I haven't seen a single extra dime. And because of my debts, I get like NO spending money. Making it kind of hard for me to have cash for my trip to Missouri this summmer. I'm not the type to really give 2 shits about money, but when I have to keep borrowing money and adding to my loan, plus pay all my bills and shit. I really need more money! Once I'm paid off, I'm laughing! Fuck I hope I get my raise!!!
