Went out for a little drive today. Had to go to another base to take care of some things. If any of you think your Monday commute is bad, you should see the streets of Kabul. Hoe. Lee. Shit. Imagine the worst traffic you've ever seen. Now take away stop signs and street lights. Then take away any sort of drivers education everyone around you has ever recieved. Take away the traffic cops. And lastly, take away the street signs. Illiteracy runs big over here, so nobody can read them anyways. What you are left with folks, is Kabul. I gotta say, it's pretty fucking fun. A little nerve wracking at times, but fun.
