Your journal subject reminded me of the SNL commercial skit of the "tattoo remover" and started to giggle, because it would be all these people you talk about getting such a product!
I personally have never had any big want for a tattoo, I just have never conected with an image that I would want etched on my body.
My GF though has this maiden un dressing tattoed down her whole right back, that is what you call a "cool" tattoo!

I went to go see Farenheit 9/11 last night..
i was reminded of how closei cam eto being shipped overseas. My dischargement papers came six months before 9/11. I know ofpeople from my squad who were shipped over.
