Oh man. I am so sore. Went to the mixed easterns ultimate tournament this weekend. It was in the mid 80's both days. We lost all of our games, which means we came in dead last. Went for a nice slow run this morning to work out the lactic acid from my muscles.

Now I gotta find a job. Been looking, but being committed to staying in the happy valley does not make my chances very good.
