So last weekend I felt like a cartoon character...mainly because I had a flower pot hanging above my bed that fell on me while I was sleeping. Knocked me out cold and I woke up later with a splitting headache, bouts of nausea, and general exhaustion. Mild concussion probably.

But when I think about it, who has a flower pot fall on their head? Only Sylvester when speedy Gonzales drops it on his head. It's hard for me not to bust out laughing when I tell this story.

Anyway...back on the running schedule and playing some good ultimate frisbee, though I missed last week due to the flower pot incident.

friends are still a long way coming. Mostly I feel pretty good, but I miss my two close people terribly. I still haven't found any really cool people here that I connect with on any kind of level.

I saw "A Scanner Darkly" tonight. I really liked it. Parts were really funny, but the overall story really got me thinking about issues of trust and corporations, and the current business climate. Ok, see I just typed client instead of climate.

I worry a bit about my head, but I think I'm getting better. My insomnia is returning, which is probably a good sign, though the headache still comes around in the middle of the day.
