hey SG people black-jacket here with a serious blog, and not just some random post.

I just made a wonderful dinner, nicely seasoned boneless pork cutlet with a veggie stir fry side. It was quite excellent, ate it while watching a lecture by Ernest Emerson called "Surviving the Kill Zone". what a great piece of video, i highly recommend people watch it.

So i have been eating healthy and cooking at home for the last month and a half and feel absolutely great, fresh food kicks ass, T-Fal frying pans make cooking so easy and enjoyable, no scrubbing afterward, just wash and your good to go again. Apparently ive lost some weight or so ive been told, i dont really see it but i do feel more nimble and energetic. Since ive been eating healthier is discovered the best thing ever!

GRAPPLES - its a grape flavored apple, who fucking knew, likely alot of people, but i live under a rock.


ive also been on a cypress hill kick the last few days, strange, i dont really even like hiphop


and im stocked on a new blade to edc thats in the mail. hey my birthday is coming up, might aswell treat myself right, because no one else is gonna.


anyways my week and a half of holidays is over starting tomorrow at noon, not looking foward to work, but hey gotta pay those bills
