No wonder we have one of the biggest reoffending rates! Get this, our prisoners get sky tv, education courses (that I have to pay for!) full gym facilities, pool tables...i've even been told that one prison makes it's guards wear slippers at night cuz the sound of their shoes keeps the criminals awake!
