I have learned that the Kills recently recorded their 4th studio album near Benton Harbor, MI. I'm extremely excited that it will be released in April, but very depressed that I missed the opportunity to drive three hours to Benton Harbor and have a completely "chance" encounter with Alison and Jamie. wink I admire Mr. Hince for his musical and song writing skills. And Miss Mosshart drips sex appeal (at least with the Kills, not yet so convinced with Dead Weather). Although I don't smoke, she is definitely the type of women the makes smoking sexy again.

Smoking on stage...

I'd just need to convince her, for at least a few days, that I'm the man for her... just a few days. Not that I condone violence in relationships, but something about her and this song, that I'd be willing take a few facial bruises from her, like Mr. Hince portrays in this video (Face, I'd like to introduce you to Mr. Wall). Is it wrong that amidst the violent death-throws of a devolving relationship that this video is depicting, that I still find her character attractive? Does that say something bad about me?

I know they are old videos but the news has got be all worked up for the Kills.

And a New Video for the heck of it (should "VV" just move to early-mid 70's England?):

"Shake, shake, shake, shake my booty
At the disco, yea-aah."

I love Public Radio. On a weekend afternoon program on WDET, one of the D.J.s played "Shake" by the The Gap Band (1970), post-Talking Heads David Byrne, Rasputina, and The Dropkick Murphys, all within a half hour. I think the DJ has a little bit of musical A.D.D. But apparently I do as well, because I was driving the car and I didn't change the station, and I completely enjoyed it. Yeah, the Gap Band was disco, but the song was so bad it was humorous, and the kids laughed about it too. Support Public Radio!

I have got to start listening to more WDET! That little list of music is awesome!
