work is fine bla bla bla, i have been slacking,i hooked up with an old friend we are gonna start working out together starting tomorrow it is so much better with a partner, i have been partying to much lately, i dont like being out of shape, not that i am , but i have been slacking at gym,i like excercising its good for my mind, i get alot of agresson out at the gym, where it belongs,looking forward to my 2nd trip to the carribeen next month, my attitude has been really good lately,i just dont get that upset about things like i used to. i always had this black cloud over my head, always feeling like a piece of shit, i feel like that stuff is slowly going away ,i hope so, i am realizing i am a pretty decent person,i know there are things i need to work on and i intend to.. i didnt mean to write this much, im gonna break out now,see yall lata
