Went to a yoga class today for the first time. 
Feel bloody marvelous now. But at the time I felt like I'd passed a bowling ball.
Next time I'm gonna demand an epidural.

ahh yes, the pains of the band-member revolving door. been there, done that. it really does equate to marriage in many many ways.
