Wow!!! Who would have thought being a smart ass would work out for me. I had a meeting on Monday to go over stuff here with the station and the corporate jackass on the other line forgot that "Black Beard and "Eric W" are the same person (hi I'm Eric by the way) and went on about a 10 minute rant on how horrible "Black Beard" sounds on the air to which I wanted to respond "I would sound so bad if you didn't make me pre-record my night show at 5 in the fucking morning" but I just bit my tounge and agreed. He said "Black Beard needs more energy almost bordering on an on-air talent on a pop station." so with my usual attitude of "Ok assfuck I'll show you" went with crazy over the top energy. To which I got tons of e-mails from listeners telling me to lay off the drugs. I figure since "Black Beard is already a shell of what I was and has become such a character on the radio, he should have his own voice...the "I'm so excited about the same music you just heard and I don't like" type voice.

Maybe know drunk red necks will leave me alone in bars...fuck...why is it always drunk dudes that want to talk to me and yell in my ear about playing more *insert any classic rock band name here* and what I thought of the last nascar race (I don't watch nascar)...maybe I should say I'm not Black Beard sorry you got me confused with someone else.
