I was definitly surprised to get some good news from my bosses today. Why was I surprised? I was almost fired for being late often (at least 3 times a week). The good news? $2.16 raise (yes a weird amount) and I no longer will have to do traffic reports on the AM station we have. Which means I wont have to show up to work till 6:30 pm instead of my curent 3pm BUT the down slope is it doesn't start till Jan.1 and our ratings come out before then. If you remember I didn't come in so good the last ratings period. If my ratings dont go up (even a little) I will be fired and I cant work in the market for 90 days which would mean I would end up moving away.
Maybe if I get fired I can get a job as the driver of the Oscar Meyer Weinermoblie? Seems like it would be fun.
