Damn You!!! I need sleep!!! Why would you make a game so addicting? Bastards!!

I bought guitar hero last night before work and when I got home I started playing at about 10pm. I beat the game on easy and I got cocky then even though I struggled I then beat the game on Meduim and got even more cocky. Then I started Hard mode and I beat a couple songs but then I started getting tired and my hand was sore. So I glance at the clock it was only 4 am so I kept on playing and and I couldn't beat anything but I kept on trying. I just couldn't put this game down. I notice that it had gotten pretty light out so I assumed it was about 6am...I was wrong...it was 10:13 am. I played 1 video game for over 12 hours *sighs* and more then likely it will happen again.
