Last night was chill and off the hook. After spending the day outside I was excited about coming home and finding a full on Funk party at
Anne's Needless to say I'm going to make her one of my generals in the global funk council as she let me rock the mic and all last night.
Today is beautiful yet again in the city and the sun is out doing it's thing. Tonight I'll be at the Nuyorican if any NYC heads want to go. 3rdSt. btwn Ave. B & C be there no latter than 9:00 if you want a seat.
Well it's Wendensday and the WEEK of everlasting funk continues. As Native Americans use to dance for rain and to appease the spirits, I'm just dancin to shake the dust off my soul. You know what I'm saying.......
Shake your soul crazy today, run around naked, laugh, fall, do whatever you need to, but don't do the same old thing, today's the day to get dressed up and Funk OUT.
