Woe. I just got home after being kidnaped to Harlem. My girl and I have very different schedules so we don't see each other much right now. Which is also why I have more time to do this site. I'm working on some ideas for a new picture set. But there is so much happening here it's hard to find time.

They increased the threat level today to Orange and in New York they've stationed national guardsmen by the bridges and tunnels. It sucks to wake up to that. Yesterday it snowed in the city and everything was beautiful. I went for an amazing walk with the lady in Central Park and in the middle of it there was a Castle that over looks Turtle Pond.

Some visitors who live here asked us to take there picture. It turned out they are from Spain and invited us to have a drink with them. We couldn't because we had shit to do (SEX) but I was impressed just the same. It's nice to know that people can still befriend strangers and offer them some love.

Last night after some nookie and a nap we went downtown to the Nyorican Poets cafe for the Friday night SLAM!! It kicked so much ass, after I stayed around and spoke for the open mic. I'm going back next wed. to compete for a spot in next Friday's slam competition. So if your in the are come out and support a brother.

This morning I wake up and start to read the news and it sucks. After an amazing day it's back to reality. Either way I'm inspired to write. So after I clean the house today and take of some shit I'm going to write I think. I'm also going to take some pictures so I'll be seeing you girls and guys latter. Peace, and long live Saturdays forever. I missed FUNKY Friday yesterday so I'll make up for it today.
