So this weekend was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed the Siren Music Festival. I hung out with SG Aspen and the invisible MaxxWild all afternoon.
I thought The FEVER were really great and Blonde Redhead. Shortly after that I caught a train home and spent the long ride calling old friends and leaving messgages. I was really happy last Friday for the Radio Show, luna, waxangel, and Freyja all came by to hanng out, and Luna dropped some bomb beats to kick off the beginning of the show.
The rest of the weekend was mild, mostly me working on my design portfolio, and updating some code on my site. I actually geeked out quite a bit yesterday as there was NO NASCAR
on TV. The good news is that I got a visit from the Monkey and received the developers version of Tiger, the new OSX for mac, and I got Cinema 4D which I've been wanting to get into for some time now.
For all of the MAC users out there, do yourselves a favor and visit Version Tracker online and get some free software, especially if you know what SMX is and how to use it. I will say that you need to pick up a couple of programs: one is Launch Bar, once you learn how to use it, you'll not know how to live without it. The other is Loggerea. Both come in very handy for people who like to keep track of everything on their macs.
Well Monday is a good day so far. Not a bad way to start the week.
