Yo, I'm in Elmira, NY where I grew up and have been having a blast all weekend. I spent Saturday night up in Ithaca hanging with some old friends that I do not get to see that often. I was really great being here. THe worst part is that it is still snowing up here. SHIT
I have to leave around 3:00pm to head back to the city and look forward to being home in Brooklyn. I really needed to get away and not be in the city for a couple of days. I still have a ton of work to do when I get back, like getting ready for tomorrow night.
Which by the way I hope to see some of you there. If you haven't checked it out yet, you should, it's worth the trip and a lot of fun. Roots and Culture Reggae and Classic Soul and Funk, you can't go wrong. Take care.
