Monday late night and I just home from work. I like my new job managing and bartending at this bar in Brooklyn. It's one of the few bars that deals with real people in Williamsburg without all the Hipster crap and posturing. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday if anyone ever wants to visit, the spot is called the Rain Lounge.
I;m stil trying to absorb everything and everyone from this past weekend. I met so many new people and have realized that I'm in transition back to my old self. Not being in a relationship has got me excited about being single, after nearly 10 months of constant focus on one person this all seems new again but very familar.
Meeting people at the bar is cool also and iy's nice to be in charge of something again where I get paid to show people a good time. Unfortunetly this weekend I have to travel to Massachusetts, out to the Cape. My grandfather passed away a few months ago, and now is the time for his burial service, we are going to spread his ashes on the river where he use to fish. It will be my first time back since I was in high school, which was in 1993.
Anyhow, I think this weekend will be he final transition into a new stage of life as far as living and doing my thing goes. I feel a new picture set coming on......dAMn Straight.
