So what's the proper protocol in this situation.

Self sees pretty new girl working at his local gas station/ smoke shop, thinks to self "Self, this is a very good next chase". Then Friend "A" sees same girl at a later time and thinks to himself "This one would make me stick around." Then Friend "B" meets her at a local Beer Parlour and hangs out with her a couple times and thinks he's "seeing her". Now she does not think she's seeing anyone at all. Who should pursue, I feel I should back off since I don't really care to much about dating at this exact moment in quasi-incarciation. So tell me all ye who stop and see, what is to be done?
P.s. For anyone who may be wondering (you know who you are) If you think I don't like you chances are pretty good that I don't gene-ass!
