as i sit here listening to alanis morissette i'm thinking about what i could make to eat that wouldn't have soo much salt it could give me a heart attack. everything i eat is full of salt. damned salt. i hate having headaches. in addition to all of this, i'm realizing how alone i actually am in the world. sure they'res my dad, but he only cares half of the time, and there's bill.
