I am feeling very real today. I need to remember why I need to play my cello before it is too late. other video just made made freaking fucking sad cause it is the fucking girls FUCKING ELGAR she is playing on the record. I want to learn the Elgar Concerto before it is too late. I needed a reminder on why to keep practicing and that life is so short. I miss the callouses and playing all damn day that my fingers were raw! Life was simplier then and somehow easier and I miss it. I really truly do. That movie makes me cry everytime I see it like tears streaming down my cheeks. Even just then the clips.

the beginning of the third movement, so reminscent of the Adagio Cantabile of Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata, then the immediate fall of a half step, so poignant, so precious, well, it breaks my heart every time I hear it.
